At The Dream Library, we take great care to ensure your books reach you safely and on time. Here’s everything you need to know:

🚚 Home Delivery

  • Books are delivered through trusted local courier partners, depending on your location.

  • We aim to deliver your book set within 2–5 working days from the date of order/payment confirmation or as per the agreed delivery date (communicated via WhatsApp).

  • While we strive for timely delivery, delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances may occasionally occur and are beyond our control.

🏠 Delivery Address

  • Books will be delivered to the address provided at the time of subscription or renewal.

  • Please ensure your contact details and address are accurate to avoid delays or delivery issues.

  • A confirmation message will be sent to your registered WhatsApp number or email once your books are dispatched.

🔄 Returns & Reissues

  • Pickup will be arranged at the end of your subscription period as part of your plan. This will be scheduled after confirming with you via WhatsApp.

  • Books must be neatly packed using the provided packaging material and returned in the same manner as received.

  • If you’d like to reissue some or all books, simply let us know—we’re happy to help! (Reissue charges may apply based on your plan.)

  • Any loss or damage due to improper packing will be the member’s responsibility.
