At The Dream Library, we take great care to ensure your books reach you safely and on time. Here’s everything you need to know:
🚚 Home Delivery
Books are delivered through trusted local courier partners, depending on your location.
We aim to deliver your book set within 2–5 working days from the date of order/payment confirmation or as per the agreed delivery date (communicated via WhatsApp).
While we strive for timely delivery, delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances may occasionally occur and are beyond our control.
🏠 Delivery Address
Books will be delivered to the address provided at the time of subscription or renewal.
Please ensure your contact details and address are accurate to avoid delays or delivery issues.
A confirmation message will be sent to your registered WhatsApp number or email once your books are dispatched.
🔄 Returns & Reissues
Pickup will be arranged at the end of your subscription period as part of your plan. This will be scheduled after confirming with you via WhatsApp.
Books must be neatly packed using the provided packaging material and returned in the same manner as received.
If you’d like to reissue some or all books, simply let us know—we’re happy to help! (Reissue charges may apply based on your plan.)
Any loss or damage due to improper packing will be the member’s responsibility.
